Terms & Conditions of Booking

• A 1/3rd non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance in cash on arrival.
• Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival – to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Luggage may be left at premises earlier if required (at your own risk).
• The room must not be occupied by more persons than stated or booked.
• The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation and/or require a guest to leave if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of a guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby inhibited.
• The proprietors do not accept any responsibility for valuables left in rooms.
• Comfort and cleanliness are most important and we ask visitors to assist us by keeping their rooms clean and tidy and avoiding undue noise or behaviour which might disturb others. (Please report any defects as soon as possible for replacement or repair.)
• Please feel free to ask (without obligation) about vacancies, our booking procedures, reservations, deposits and so on. (All prices and details subject to change.)
